- Eat only soft food, like porridge, our gruel, which is wound up because we drink cold water, ice cream, jelly, all cold. I don't know if it's related, but let's just say diabetes is asking.
- Finally, try to avoid the pickle's fermentation, endure for 7 days and then eat.

จากประสบการณ์การผ่าฟันคุดมาแล้วถึงสองครั้ง สิ่งที่อยากจะแชร์เพิ่มเติมคือความสำคัญของการเตรียมตัวและดูแลตัวเองหลังการผ่าตัด เพราะฝันคุดส่วนใหญ่มักจะซ่อนปัญหาจนเกิดอาการปวด หรือกลิ่นเหม็นซึ่งบอกได้เลยว่าค่อนข้างสร้างความรำคาญและกังวลใจมาก นอกจากการประคบเย็นเพื่อลดอาการบวมที่มักจะเกิดขึ้นหลังผ่าแล้ว การกินยาแก้ปวดและยาปฎิชีวนะตามคำสั่งหมอนั้นสำคัญมาก เพราะช่วยป้องกันการติดเชื้อและลดอาการเจ็บปวดให้น้อยลง มีครั้งหนึ่งที่ดูแลตัวเองไม่ดีพอ ปล่อยให้แผลโดนน้ำและไม่ประคบเย็น ทำให้อาการบวมและเจ็บลุกลามจนต้องกลับไปพบหมออีกครั้ง ข้อแนะนำเพิ่มเติมคือการพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอและงดกิจกรรมหนักๆ เพราะฟันคุดมีรากฟันอยู่ใกล้เส้นประสาท การผ่าอาจทำให้รากฟันหรือเส้นประสาทช้ำได้ ถ้านอนไม่หลับหรือเครียด จะทำให้อาการแย่ลงได้อย่างมาก เรื่องอาหารก็ควรเลือกทานของอ่อนๆ หลีกเลี่ยงของร้อนจัดและของแข็งที่อาจกระทบแผล โดยเฉพาะอาหารหมักดองหรือรสจัดเพราะอาจทำให้แผลระคายเคือง เป็นอีกประสบการณ์ที่หลายๆ คนมักมองข้ามไป สุดท้ายอยากบอกเพื่อนๆ ว่าการผ่าฟันคุดไม่ได้น่ากลัวอย่างที่คิด ตัวช่วยสำคัญคือต้องเลือกหมอที่เชี่ยวชาญและทำตามคำแนะนำอย่างเคร่งครัด การเอาฟันคุดออกก่อนอายุ 25 จะช่วยลดความเสี่ยงและทำให้การฟื้นตัวเร็วขึ้นมาก ใครที่กำลังคิดจะผ่าก็อย่าลังเลไปนะครับ ผ่าก่อนสบายกว่าเยอะจริงๆ ถ้าใครมีคำถามหรืออยากแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์เพิ่มเติมยินดีมาก สามารถคุยกันได้เลยเพราะเรื่องนี้มีแง่มุมให้เรียนรู้เยอะมากและแต่ละคนอาจเจอเคสที่แตกต่างกันครับ
