From my own journey, I’ve realized that paying close attention to how I speak about myself has profoundly changed my life. It’s not just about avoiding negative talk but actively choosing words that uplift and empower. Our subconscious really does absorb these messages, shaping our beliefs and behaviors in subtle ways. For example, when I started affirming my strengths regularly, I noticed increased confidence and opportunities flowing my way. The phrase from Florence Scovel Shinn, "Your voice is a spell... speak with intention, because words don't just describe reality, they create it," resonates deeply with me. It reminds me that every word we speak can either be a constructive spell or a limiting curse. This intentional speech ties directly to the concepts of spirituality and spiritual awakening, where awareness of self and environment is key. In daily life, this means catching ourselves when negative thoughts arise and consciously shifting to positive ones. It’s a practice, not a one-time fix—kindness in self-talk leads to a kinder reality. For anyone exploring spirituality or intuitive growth, this awareness is foundational. Words hold power—use yours to build a reality aligned with your highest self.
