Weekly Faves

Hey everyone! 🌟 Just wrapped up my first week of 75 Hard and wow, what a ride! ✨ Every day included a 45-minute trail walk (one was even after a stunning sunset with fireflies! 🌅🕯️), some intense gym workouts with heavier weights, and challenging Pilates classes where I definitely felt the burn 🔥. I’m loving the energy from exercising and noticing great boosts in my mental health and creativity! 🤩 This week, I got my period and had to satisfy those sugar cravings while sticking to my diet. 🍌🍫 I made some yummy brownies with bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and a bit of Maca root for my cycle. 💖 I stuck to the DASH diet for high fiber but need to up my protein game next week. 💧 Water intake turned out to be easier than I thought! Adding supplements to my routine now, and I’ll share how they impact me next week. Overall, it’s been a fun challenge, and I’m excited to keep pushing myself! 💖 Have you ever tried 75 Hard? Would you? What did you learn from it?
