Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken copycat recipe 😋 It’s day one of my 30 for $30 series! Where I’m showing y'all how to make 30 budget meals for under $30. This meal came out BOMBBBB and the total was only $27.89, with leftovers the next day! Here’s how to make it:

WHAT YOU NEED:

- 6 thin sliced chicken breasts

- McCormick Rotisserie Chicken seasoning

- Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning

- 3tbsp homemade ranch (to marinade) - used prepared Hidden Valley packet + follow directions

- Parmesan topping: Frigo Parmesan cheese (shredded, 2 cups) + Hidden Valley ranch (1 cup) + Kinder’s the blend seasoning (2 tbsp, or to your taste)

- Parmesan crust topping: 2 tbsp butter + 1/2 cup Kinder’s parmesan panko bread crumbs + 1/4 cup Frigo shredded parmesan cheese, mix well

HOW TO MAKE IT:

- Wash & tenderize chicken breasts

- Season on both sides with McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning

- In a bowl, add 3tbsp ranch + mix well. Marinate for 1-2 hours or overnight

- Prepare chicken your desired way! I baked my chicken breasts on 350 for 20min

- Once chicken is prepared, top with parmesan topping (ingredients above) and bake for an additional 10min

- Top with parmesan crust (ingredients above) and broil in oven for 3-5min, watch until desired color

- (Optional) Garnish with parsley

- Let cool for 5min, then serve & enjoy!

Note to self: Do not buy thin sliced chicken, buy regular size chicken breasts and cut in half. 🤦🏼‍♀️
