Use crystals for Chakra healing by placing them on or near the energy centres to help restore balance and harmony. Meditate on the Chakra you are working with. Imagine its colour glowing bright as the spinning wheel of energy that is the chakra moves unhindered. It shouldn’t spin too quickly or too slowly. Focus on it moving at a comfortable speed, slowing it down or speeding it up in your minds eye until it feels right. Breathe slowly and deeply, in through the nose and out through the mouth.
While focussing on the chakra centre you are working with, repeat a mantra for the centre in your mind.
