ในยุคที่ AI เข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญในชีวิตการทำงานอย่างรวดเร็ว ผมเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งว่าการมอง Career แค่เพียงการไต่บันไดหรือการเลื่อนตำแหน่งในองค์กรเป็นความคิดที่ล้าสมัยไปแล้ว ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ทำงานในสายงานดิจิทัลและไอทีสมัยใหม่พบว่าหลายคนมีทางเลือกที่หลากหลายมากขึ้น เช่น การเป็น Freelance การทำ Startup หรือการเป็น Solopreneur ซึ่งช่วยเปิดโอกาสให้เราออกแบบชีวิตการทำงานตามความชอบและเป้าหมายส่วนตัว แทนที่จะวนลูปอยู่ในระบบองค์กรแบบเดิมๆ นอกจากนี้ การใช้ AI ไม่ควรจำกัดแค่ช่วยให้ทำงานเสร็จเร็วขึ้นเท่านั้น แต่ควรใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการขยายขอบเขตทักษะและความสามารถของตัวเอง เช่น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึก การตัดสินใจในสถานการณ์ที่ไม่แน่นอน และการประสานงานข้ามทีมซึ่ง AI ยังไม่สามารถทดแทนได้อย่างเต็มที่ สำหรับคนที่ยังยึดติดกับระบบเดิมและไม่พัฒนาตัวเอง ย่อมเสี่ยงที่จะถูกทิ้งไว้ข้างหลัง ตลาดงานในอนาคตต้องการคนที่พร้อมปรับตัว เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และใช้เทคโนโลยีให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ในแง่ของการวางแผน Career ผมแนะนำให้ทุกคนถามตัวเองบ่อยๆ ว่าอยากเห็นหน้าตา Career ของตัวเองในอีก 1-2 ปีข้างหน้าเป็นอย่างไร และพยายามพัฒนาตนเองให้สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์นั้น รู้จักสะท้อนตัวเอง (reflect) วางเป้าหมายอย่างตรงไปตรงมา และไม่เปรียบเทียบตัวกับคนอื่นในสาธารณะจะทำให้เราสามารถเป็นเจ้าของอาชีพของตัวเองอย่างแท้จริง สรุปว่า Career ในยุค AI คือการสร้างเส้นทางที่เหมาะสมกับตัวเราเอง ใช้เทคโนโลยีเป็นพันธมิตร และเติมเต็มทักษะที่ AI ยังไม่สามารถทดแทน ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้คือการออกแบบชีวิตการทำงานที่มีความสุขและมั่นคงในระยะยาว
