Honestly, confused. Why suddenly, the sticky meat that our mother likes to eat is born loud, hahahahaha. 🤣 Eat whenever I always think of my mother. I like to buy it since childhood.
For this shop, the name "precocious" was first seen walking through the front of the cafe behind The Market. I thought it was cursed! Eh, it turned out to be the name of the shop, hahahaha. And then went to 😂 saw a lot of reviews. Try to order it. It turned out that the meat is not as sticky as my mother used to buy it to eat. 😅 Maybe because it is a variety of wagyu (they say so) and there is a nut powder that they call "magic bean powder" in the bag. Take it together and it is delicious. Glutinous rice that comes with only sunny meat is delicious.
The most impressive thing is the packaging (or package!) What is that much? It is very spectacular. I don't think that one day the sunny texture will raise it to this point. Which is good. I feel that this trend will make foreigners or people who have never tried it more interested in many Thai food. Our home is not only stir fried Thai, prawn, fried, fried, fried, fried, basil. ในประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้ลองเนื้อแดดเดียวร้านแก่แดดนี้ ต้องบอกเลยว่าเป็นอะไรที่น่าประทับใจมาก เมื่อเทียบกับเนื้อแดดเดียวแบบเดิมๆ ที่เคยกินมา ตัวเนื้อนั้นนุ่มกว่ามากและไม่เหนียวเลย อาจเป็นเพราะการใช้วากิวหลายสายพันธุ์ที่เข้ามาช่วยทำให้เนื้อมีความนุ่มละมุนกว่าเดิม อีกหนึ่งสิ่งที่พบเจอแล้วว้าวคือผงถั่ววิเศษที่มากับเนื้อแดดเดียว ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มรสชาติได้อย่างลงตัว เมื่อนำมาผสมผสานกับเนื้อเนื้อแดดเดียวและข้าวเหนียว เมนูนี้จึงเต็มไปด้วยความอร่อยที่หลากหลาย มีกลิ่นหอมและรสชาตินัว ช่วยแก้เลี่ยนจากเนื้อได้ดี ส่วนข้าวเหนียวที่เสิร์ฟมาด้วยก็ถือว่าดีเกินคาด เพราะเรียงเม็ดสวย ไม่แฉะหรือเหนียวเกินไป เหมาะสมกับการกินคู่กับเนื้อแดดเดียวอย่างยิ่ง นอกจากนี้แพคเกจที่ร้านจัดมาให้ยังดูหรูหราและใส่ใจรายละเอียดมาก ยิ่งทำให้อาหารดูน่ากินและน่าซื้อเป็นของฝากหรือจะสั่งในโอกาสพิเศษก็เหมาะมาก ความรู้สึกส่วนตัวก็คือ เทรนด์อาหารไทยในรูปแบบเนื้อแดดเดียวยกระดับขึ้นไปอีกขั้น ร้านอย่างแก่แดดยังเปิดโอกาสให้คนที่ไม่คุ้นเคยกับอาหารไทยแบบดั้งเดิม หรือชาวต่างชาติได้เข้าถึง และเปิดใจลองอาหารไทยที่หลากหลายมากขึ้น ไม่ใช่แค่ผัดไทยหรือต้มยำกุ้งเท่านั้น หวังว่าจะได้เห็นเมนูใหม่ๆ จากร้านนี้ในอนาคต ที่ยังคงคอนเซ็ปต์ความสร้างสรรค์และคุณภาพสูงแบบนี้ต่อไป และสำหรับใครที่ชอบอาหารเนื้อและอยากลองอะไรใหม่ๆ แนะนำให้ลองสั่งเนื้อแดดเดียวแก่แดดดู รับรองไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอน
