So I’ve been eating this for lunch. It’s actually great. Flavors were quite a surprise. I will say the “sandwich” is veryy messy. But still great to eat and the peppers aren’t as bad mess wise. You should give it a shot. Don’t do what I did and for the first time keep the cucumbers full… make sure you hallow them out a bit. 😅 other than that look her up for this recipe for a good indoor lunch item.
