28 day weight loss challenge!

What do I eat in a 24 hour period?

First we start off with eggs for protein fruit and of course avocado 🥑 toast.

Mid day snack- apple with Nutella or a protein fruit/ veggie smoothie

Lunch meal prep for the week, always have a protein and veggie (smallest meal of the day)

Dinner protein veggies sometimes a starch (most of the time it’s chick pea pasta or chick pea orzo)

After dinner snack after I’ve worked out protein shake and apples and Nutella or a Nutella b-ready.

Of course you have to be able to enjoy what you eat so not every day looks like this just make sure you stick to it for the 28 days also if you haven’t tried WeRise I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!
