To perform this exercise effectively, start by lying on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Initially, you may find yourself unconsciously engaging your upper abs more. The goal is to train yourself to focus on your lower abs. As you exhale, gently rotate your body upward, feeling the engagement in your lower core. Remember to inhale as you lower back down. It's recommended to complete this in 3 sets of 10 repetitions, taking it nice and slow. Engaging in this mindful practice can also positively impact your pelvic floor, promoting overall stability and support for your body. Many individuals report noticeable changes in their lower belly appearance after committing to this habit for just a month. It's a simple adjustment with substantial benefits for your core strength and appearance. Incorporating additional exercises, such as planks and bridges, into your routine can further enhance your core development. Always pay attention to your form and avoid rushing through repetitions to ensure you're effectively engaging the right muscles. It's if you want a visible transformation in your core area.
