Here are two effective exercises you can do to strengthen key areas: 1. **Glute Bridges**: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips towards the ceiling while squeezing your glutes. Hold for a few seconds, then lower back down. Aim for 3 sets of 10 repetitions. 2. **Seated Leg Raises**: While sitting, extend one leg out straight and hold for a moment, then lower it back down. Alternate legs for a full set. This exercise helps strengthen the hip flexors, which can become weak from prolonged sitting. Incorporating these moves into your daily routine not only combats the physical strain of sitting but also enhances your overall posture and energy levels. Remember, consistency is key!
