A good tip to start your mindfulness journey is to take 3 big deep breaths, hold for 3 seconds and let go for 3 seconds.

As you breath in take note of how your lungs feel filling up with air. Does your chest puff out ?

When holding in notice how it makes the rest of your body feel.

When exhaling feel the air gently leaving your lung think of anything you have been holding onto leaving your body with your breath out.
