EP1 Mission Solves Three Rank Debts Intended to Close ✌️

1️⃣ Debt Cash Press TTB So Chill Card
It's a credit card that we only press money for.
It used to be a dependency because there was no cash withdrawal fee.

The DEC announced the start of collecting cash withdrawal fees for 1.5% of the balance.
That means the new balance will cost you a cash withdrawal fee.
Terms of repayment: minimum of 8% (year 69 will be changed to 10%)
Debt card, our debt is up and down, now 169,000 baht.
Blossom 16% per year is calculated on the daily balance of debt because it is a cash drawdown, not a swipe and not a full payment.
But... it's the first debt that, if closed, closes first because the interest is highest.
2️⃣ Debt, borrowed 300,000 baht for a girlfriend (borrowed at the end of 2023)
The first night was 100,000 baht (January 2024).
Deduction of home installment fee from boyfriend 6,500 baht / month: 19 months
The plan is to close at about 84, xxx baht in August.
Because there's a plan to get a lump sum.
After that, the girlfriend will save the house for 6,500 baht a month. 🥰
3️⃣ 200,000 baht cash withdrawal debt from UOB.
Blossom 9.9% per year. Reduce trees, reduce flowers.
Now pay 50XX baht per month. Paid for 14 / 48 months.
Bank debt balances do not bulge, but can close early.
Which means there's a lot of money to close.
The balance is about 150,000 baht.
Even though the last installment is reduced,
But I thought I'd keep paying until the money closed.

หลายคนทักมาจากรูป “เงินสดเยอะๆ” ว่าเอามาเกี่ยวกับการใช้หนี้ไหม ขอเล่าให้ชัดๆ แบบที่เราเจอบ่อยนะคะ: รูปเงินสดเยอะๆ ในโพสต์ส่วนใหญ่เป็น “ภาพประกอบ” ให้เห็นธีมภารกิจ/กำลังใจ ไม่ได้แปลว่ามีเงินก้อนจริงๆ ณ ตอนนั้น (ของเราเองก็ใส่หมายเหตุไว้เหมือนกัน) แต่ข้อดีคือมันช่วยดึงให้คนสนใจ แล้วเราค่อยพาไปดูตัวเลขจริงในแอป เช่นยอดคงค้าง TTB So Chill ประมาณ 169,xxx และ UOB CashPlus ที่จ่ายมาแล้ว 14/48 งวด ซึ่งอันนี้เป็นข้อมูลที่ใช้วางแผนได้จริงมากกว่า อีกคำที่คนชอบค้นหาแล้วงงคือ “monthly prin” (ส่วนใหญ่หมายถึง monthly print/ monthly statement) สำหรับเราเข้าใจง่ายๆ ว่าเป็น “เอกสารสรุปรายเดือน” หรือสเตทเมนต์รายเดือนของบัตร/สินเชื่อ ที่บอกยอดค้างชำระ ดอกเบี้ย ค่าธรรมเนียม ยอดขั้นต่ำ และวันครบกำหนดชำระ Monthly print เอาไปทำอะไรได้บ้าง (ประสบการณ์ตรงที่เราใช้): 1) เช็กว่าเดือนนี้โดนค่าธรรมเนียมอะไรเพิ่มไหม เช่นค่าธรรมเนียมกดเงินสด 1.5% ของบัตรที่เคยฟรี พอมีบรรทัดนี้ปุ๊บ เราจะรู้เลยว่าการ “กดวน” แพงขึ้นจริง 2) เทียบดอกเบี้ยกับเงินต้น เหมือนใน UOB CashPlus ที่แยกให้เห็นงวดหนึ่งๆ ดอกเท่าไร เงินต้นเท่าไร ทำให้เราตัดสินใจได้ว่า ถ้ามีเงินก้อนควร “ปิดก่อน” ไหม หรือจ่ายปกติไปก่อน 3) ใช้คุมพฤติกรรมตัวเอง—บางทีเราไม่ได้ใช้เพิ่ม แต่ยอดขึ้น เพราะดอก+ค่าธรรมเนียม ถ้าไม่เปิดดู statement จะไม่รู้สาเหตุ ถ้าจะเริ่มจัดระบบแบบง่ายๆ แนะนำ (สไตล์เราที่ทำแล้วช่วยมาก): - ทำตาราง 1 หน้า: ชื่อหนี้/ยอดคงเหลือ/ดอกเบี้ย/ค่างวด/จ่ายขั้นต่ำ/ปิดก่อนกำหนดได้ไหม - เรียงลำดับปิดหนี้จาก “ดอกสูงสุด” ก่อน (ของเราเลยเล็ง TTB So Chill ที่ดอก 16% และมีค่าธรรมเนียมกดเงินสด) - ตั้งวัน “เช็ก monthly print” ทุกเดือน (ตั้งเตือนในมือถือ) แล้วเก็บไฟล์ไว้ในโฟลเดอร์เดียว เวลาอยากเห็นความคืบหน้าจะมีกำลังใจมากขึ้น หวังว่าส่วนนี้ช่วยให้คนที่เข้ามาจากคำค้นเรื่องรูปเงินสดเยอะๆ และ monthly prin เข้าใจมากขึ้นนะคะ ถ้าอยากให้เราทำตัวอย่างตารางสรุปหนี้แบบที่ใช้จริง เดี๋ยวมาแชร์ต่อได้เลย
