「どら焼き スーパー」で探している人って、手軽に買えてハズレが少ない“いつものおやつ”を求めてることが多いと思います。私も最初はスーパーのどら焼き派でした。値段も安いし、ついカゴに入れちゃうんですよね。でも、たまに「もう少し皮がしっとりしてたら…」「あんこが好みと違う…」って小さな物足りなさが出ることも。 そこでおすすめしたいのが、スーパーで買う前に“どら焼き専門店”も一度試してみること。今回みたいに、定番のこしあんが税込150円くらい、商品によっては160円くらいで買えるお店もあって、「専門店＝高い」のイメージがいい意味で崩れました。しかも個包装＆ラベル付きで、スーパー感覚で選べるのが嬉しいポイント。 スーパーのどら焼きと食べ比べて感じたのは、まず生地のしっとり感。半分に切ったときの断面がきれいで、あんこもなめらか。こしあん派の人は特に満足度高いと思います。逆に、粒あん派なら粒あんの扱いがあるかチェックすると失敗しにくいです。 あと、スーパー購入でよくある悩みが「買ったはいいけど飽きる」問題。そんなときは温め方とアレンジで一気に化けます。 ・あんバター系：電子レンジで約30秒温めると、バターがとろっと溶けて別物 ・皮だけ（100円で売ってるお店も！）：バニラアイス＋キャラメルでデザート化 ・甘いのが続く日：ハム＋チーズで朝食寄りのアレンジ（意外と合います） 「結局スーパーで十分？」って迷ったら、普段はスーパー、たまに専門店で“ご褒美どら焼き”にするのがいちばん続きやすいなと思いました。150円台の定番から、ちょっと高めの限定（スフレ風など）まであると、気分で選べて楽しいです。
