INGREDIENTS • 1 lb ground turkey • 4 cups of green beans • 1 cup jasmine rice • 4 tbsp Asian sweet chili sauce • 2 tbsp butter • 1 tsp sugar • 2 tosp soy sauce (or coconut aminos) • Salt & pepper INSTRUCTIONS • Boil 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of jasmine rice, and cook for 10 minutes

Lunch is the hardest meal for me to plan ahead! I started doing this about a month ago and it’s been a game changer- I chop, mix and store my filling for the week so it’s super easy to make my wraps,pitas or salads when I need to make lunch - just add my veggie mix to whatever I’m making that day
