Focus forward
I’m not huge in New Year’s resolutions because it’s never worked for me in the past.
I do like to do a focus forward of some things that I want to be more mindful of moving forward.
1. I WILL figure out my sourdough starter and begin making bread and all the doughs from scratch. It’s supposed to be more gut healthy and the thought of not spending $4 per loaf of bread sounds great. Plus being more self sustaining is a good feeling.
2. I’m not putting any pressure on working out so many times a week or whatever. I just want to move my body in some way more often.
3. Taking vitamins and overall health is something I want to focus on.
4. Reading more books this year and I’m actually going to be setting a goal for this one! Let’s hope I make time for reading with our crazy schedule 🥴
