Calling All Fitness Girlies 💪🏽✨
Okay, I’m taking a risk here and hoping that this app has more supporters than haters. Let’s keep it real.
Here’s my journey: When I enlisted this past June, I weighed 165 lbs. The Army’s max weight for my age/height is around 155-156 lbs, so I knew I had to start working on my fitness. I joined the ROTC program to stay accountable with workouts three times a week, but surprise—instead of losing weight, I gained it… in muscle! So, now I’m 182 lbs. Where is it? I have no clue but the good thing is that I still pass my taping 😮💨.
Now, here’s the tricky part:
➡️ I’m at 36% body fat, and the max I’m supposed to have is 32%.
➡️ My waist is slimming with waist training, but my stomach isn’t toning fast enough to match the rest of my progress.
➡️ Dieting weakens my immune system, so I end up getting sick.
➡️ Workouts like running, pushups, and core exercises are building muscle—which is great, but it ’s still adding weight.
Every woman’s body is unique, but this journey has been so confusing. I feel stronger and healthier in some ways, but I’m still not meeting the physical requirements I need.
✨ Ladies, I need your advice! ✨
