For the girls who keep saying next month 🖤

6/5 Edited to

... Read moreI've often found myself in the cycle of saying "next month" when it comes to important goals—whether it's fixing my teeth, saving money, or simply finding time to breathe. At first, I thought I was just procrastinating or being careless. But over time, I realized that sometimes, it's really about survival and managing the limited resources I have at that moment. From personal experience, embracing this perspective helped me release the guilt associated with delays. Life throws unexpected challenges, especially for moms or those rebuilding their lives after setbacks. Each "next month" can mean you’re quietly growing and doing the best you can, not just putting things off. To anyone in this place, it’s important to honor your pace. Small consistent efforts, even if spread out over time, contribute to steady progress. Start with tiny steps like setting up a small savings plan or scheduling a dental checkup. These manageable actions build momentum without overwhelming you. Remember, survival and growth can coexist, and taking care of yourself amid chaos is a worthy achievement. Your "next month" can come sooner than you expect if you treat yourself with patience and kindness through the process.
