You wouldn't believe how inventions just vanished. In many cases, some feel that they are better than others. I was told that the US Patent Office has many items that were never produced. Let's look at Nikola Tesla for a moment: If one tenth of Tesla's ideas were ever realized then our world would be greatly improved. In my opinion, humans are selfish, and by being so we focus on me, me, me; rather than shifting our focus to all of us. Yes, we do a lot of humanitarian aid, but is it enough? How is it alright to generate $100 billion in revenue and not look to lend a hand to an aspiring physicist or mathematician? Many people have extraordinary ideas that can change our planet for the better. Yet, some believe they should own everything. And we should rent everything from them.
