จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมพบว่าสิ่งที่ช่วยให้เราก้าวผ่านคำวิจารณ์หรือคำพูดแย่ๆ ของคนอื่นได้ดีที่สุด คือการตั้งแกนชีวิตให้มั่นคงจากภายใน การรู้จักรักตัวเอง และเชื่อมั่นในคุณค่าที่เรามีจริงๆในใจ แม้บางครั้งชีวิตเราอาจเจอบทเรียนที่ท้าทายหรือสถานการณ์ที่ทำให้รู้สึกอ่อนแอ การมองเห็นความแข็งแกร่งในจิตใจของตัวเองจะช่วยให้ผ่านพ้นเรื่องราวเหล่านั้นไปด้วยพลังมากขึ้น การปล่อยวางจากคำพูดที่ไม่จริงหรือคำตัดสินที่ไม่ยุติธรรม คือการจัดการทางอารมณ์และจิตใจที่สำคัญมาก เพราะถ้าเรายึดติดและโกรธแค้นกับคำพูดเหล่านั้นมากเกินไป จะทำให้เสียพลังงานและโอกาสในการพัฒนาตัวเอง ในทางกลับกัน การมองว่าคำวิจารณ์บางอย่างเป็นบทเรียนหรือแรงผลักดันให้เราพัฒนาตัวเอง จะช่วยให้ชีวิตเดินหน้าได้อย่างมั่นคง นอกจากนี้ การออกแบบชีวิตเองไม่ได้หมายถึงแค่การวางแผนเพื่อเป้าหมายใหญ่เท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึงการดูแลตัวเองในเรื่องเล็กๆ เช่น การมีนิสัยดี การตั้งเป้าหมายเล็กๆ ที่ทำได้จริง และการเสริมสร้างบุคลิกภาพภายนอกให้สอดคล้องกับแก่นแท้ภายใน จะช่วยสร้างความมั่นใจและภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีแก่ตนเองและผู้อื่น สุดท้ายนี้ อยากจะย้ำให้ทุกคนเห็นคุณค่าในตัวเอง มากกว่าแค่เปลือกนอก เพราะโลกต้องการคนที่ฉลาด มีปัญญา และเต็มไปด้วยพลังจิตใจที่ยอดเยี่ยม ไม่ใช่แค่ภาพลักษณ์ที่สวยงามเท่านั้น การออกแบบชีวิตให้เป็นเลิศและมีคุณค่า คือการเลือกเดินบนเส้นทางที่สอดคล้องกับตัวตนและความฝันของเราเอง โดยไม่ปล่อยให้ชีวิตถูกบังคับโดยเสียงลบหรือความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น ความเป็นตัวเองที่ชัดเจนและเข้มแข็ง จะทำให้เรามีชีวิตที่สนุก มีความหมาย และเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้กับคนรอบข้างต่อไป
