Deviled Eggs Filled with Cooked Shrimp 🥚🍤

Ingredients:

6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

Paprika for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.

In a small bowl, mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Fold in the chopped shrimp.

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and an extra piece of shrimp on top, if desired. Serve chilled.
