Why do we try harder and harder?
For a time in my life, I always believed...
If I do well, I will be a person of value.
But if I make a mistake, I feel like I'm worthless.
To recognize a psychological concept called Achievement-Based Self Worth.
This idea explains that sometimes we do not pursue success because we want to grow.
But chasing it to prove yourself "good enough."
And even if it's successful, we don't feel enough, because there are always better people.
What I want to convince everyone is not to stop trying.
But it is to separate "self-worth" from "result."
Because you might not accomplish something.
But that doesn't mean...
You're a failure.
