Self love is the best feeling

Having my daughters caused me to gain weight and I only lost weight if I was sick. No diet and exercise helped. I would see little to no change and just give up because I lacked accountability and motivation. I would do it for a month and would only lose 1-2 pounds and just give up.

This time around I have been my own cheerleader and holding myself accountable. I have also found a diet that works for me and have grown to LOVE working out. Within a few weeks I am down 12 pounds and my clothes are noticeably beginning to fall off my waist. I am beyond proud of myself for sticking to it and staying consistent. Ladies my point of all this is 2024 in the year to CHOOSE YOU! It’s not selfish, it’s not inconsiderate and it doesn’t make you a bad mom for CHOOSING YOU!
