6 am flight fit check 🌸

Do yall like it ?

Unpopular opinion, I like traveling early in the day versus mid afternoon or evening for flights 😂 it’s to much commotion in the afternoon like girllll

... Read moreOkay, so I've been getting a ton of questions about my Adidas Firebird loose track pants, especially after my 6 AM flight fit check! You guys loved the comfy vibe, and honestly, they're a game-changer for travel. But let's talk about the big question: sizing. It can be a bit tricky with "loose fit" items, right? From my personal experience, these track pants are designed to be, well, loose! That's their charm. I typically wear a medium in most bottoms, and with the Firebirds, a medium gives me that perfectly relaxed, slightly baggy look without being sloppy. If you're someone who prefers a more fitted, but still comfortable, look, you might consider sizing down one size. I've heard from friends who did that and were happy with a less exaggerated loose fit. However, if you're like me and want maximum comfort for long flights or just lounging, sticking to your true size or even sizing up for an ultra-relaxed, almost oversized feel, is the way to go. What I really love about them, especially for those early morning 6 AM flight days, is the elastic waistband with the drawstring. This is a lifesaver! It means you have a lot of flexibility. If you size down, you can still loosen the drawstring for comfort. If you size up, you can cinch it in for a secure fit around your waist. Don't forget to check the inseam too! Because they're loose, sometimes a longer inseam can bunch at the ankle more, which might be a look you love or don't. For my fit check, I prefer it to sit just right with my sneakers. Another thing to consider is the fabric. The classic Firebirds are known for their soft, slightly shiny tricot fabric. It has a bit of stretch, which adds to the comfort, but it's not like a super stretchy legging. So, when you're thinking about sizing, remember that the "give" in the fabric will accommodate some movement, but it won't drastically change the overall fit. For me, the true-to-size option provides enough room in the hips and thighs for unrestricted movement – crucial when you're navigating airport terminals or trying to get comfy in a tiny airplane seat! So, for anyone eyeing these for their next travel outfit or just a cool, casual street style look, here’s my quick guide: True to Size (TTS): Go for your usual size if you want the intended relaxed, comfortable, slightly baggy fit. This is my personal preference for travel. Size Down (1 size): If you want a more streamlined, less baggy look while still maintaining comfort, this could work. Size Up (1 size): For an extra oversized, super relaxed, lounge-ready vibe. Just be mindful of the inseam length! Ultimately, it comes down to your personal style and desired comfort level. But trust me, once you find your perfect size, these Adidas Firebird loose track pants will be a staple in your wardrobe, just like they are in mine for those early morning adventures! Hope this helps you pick your perfect pair!
