2. Holding in your pee (yep, really)

Pregnancy puts pressure on your bladder, and holding it too long can actually increase your risk of UTIs. Go when you need to — even if it feels like it’s every 10 minutes.

3. Taking super-hot showers or baths

It feels amazing on sore muscles, but overheated water can raise your body temperature too much. Stick to warm (not steaming) water to keep you and baby comfortable and safe.
