I’m not a doctor or healthcare provider but these are a few things I’ve done to help get pregnant.
First thing first stop your birth control. Now not everyone to going to get pregnant right away. I was on the depo shot for about 2 years and it took a year to get pregnant.
Secondly, Not only you but your partner need to take their vitamins. Female can start taking prenatal vitamins and Male can take fertility supplements.
Thirdly, talk to your doctor. Get checked out make sure your body is healthy. Ask any questions you might have. Get blood work done to check your hormones. Your partner should talk to their doctor too.
Fourthly, change your eating habits stop the bad process foods. No inflammatory food. Read those ingredients on labels. Maybe stop eating fast food.
Fifth, Exercise more. I don’t mean go lift weights, I mean go move your body, go for longer walks, or bike rides. Just stay active.
Lastly, limit drinking alcohol. If you can fully stop that’s even better!
