On the 12th of this month (Sunday), "Rental space" in Nishi Onuma# hiyaku _ kichiI visited for the first time 😺
"Rental Space Hiyakukichi" is a place for the purpose of "connecting with the community" created by the renovation of a vacant house by the student group "Hiyakukichi" based in Sagamihara 🏠
Because it is a rental space, it is mainly used as a rental to local people, but in addition to that, it is used for a variety of events such as cafes, cram schools, and various events 😸
Coincidentally, the date of establishment...Sagami Ono DiscoveryThere is a sense of familiarity because it is April 1, 2023, the same as the opening date of "😹
Before my first visit, I participated in a lecture by the representative held at Unicom Plaza Sagamihara in June of last year and a lecture by the members held on Saturday, June 7 ✨
When I visited, there was a hideaway cafe called cafeknot.# cafe _ knotWe had a seasonal drink and Napolitan created by the members 🍽️
Both were very delicious 😋
Also, regular customers who love Sagamihara City talked about Sagamihara-related topics with the members who went to work 😊
And people with dogs also entered the store, and it was heartwarming to see the members happily interacting with dogs ☺️
Since visiting this place, my interest in the area has further increased,# sagami _ onoI wanted to know more about all the information around 🤩

私も先日、相模原市の西大沼にあるレンタルスペース「ヒヤクキチ」を訪れて、その独特な空間づくりと地域に根付く活動に感銘を受けました。学生が主体となって地域課題に取り組みつつ、“居場所”として空き家を有効活用しているのは、とても参考になる事例だと感じました。 ヒヤクキチは単なるレンタルスペースではなく、多彩な機能を持つコミュニティの場です。地域住民が集い、カフェや学習塾、イベント開催など多目的に利用されており、利用者同士の交流が自然と生まれています。私が訪れた際には、季節限定メニューのドリンクやナポリタンを楽しみながら、地元の方との会話が弾んで地域愛を再発見できました。 また、写真にもある「カフェノット」は学生メンバーが運営しており、こだわりのコーヒー豆を使ったハンドドリップコーヒーや抹茶ラテなどのメニューを提供しています。私もいただきましたが、フレッシュで風味豊かなコーヒーは、学生が企画運営しているとは思えないクオリティの高さでした。 さらに特筆すべきは、ヒヤクキチが幅広い世代に門戸を開いている点です。子どもや高齢者、ペット連れの方まで誰でも気軽に訪れることができ、地域の垣根を越えた温かい交流を生み出しています。こうした地域密着型の活動は、今後の地方コミュニティ活性化において非常に重要であり、私自身も今後のイベントや講演会参加を楽しみにしています。 この体験から、レンタルスペース「ヒヤクキチ」は単なる貸し会場以上の意味を持ち、地域住民と学生が互いに支え合う新しい形の“居場所”であると強く感じました。もし相模大野周辺に在住または訪問される方がいれば、ぜひ立ち寄ってみてください。地域の魅力を再発見できると共に、あたたかい交流の輪に加わることができるでしょう。
