Lavender Farm In Caledonia MI

1. Dairy * Makes my skin feel more inflamed * Triggers painful breakouts for me * Can make my skin look congested and textured * Milk and cheese are the biggest triggers personally 2. Processed Meat * Feels really inflammatory for my skin * I notice more clogged pores after eating it
