Saya selalu mencari cara yang mudah dan cepat untuk menyediakan sayur stim yang enak pada waktu pagi atau bila-bila masa saya sibuk. Dalam resepi ini, penambahan sedikit air dan seasoning seperti lada, kiub perasa dan garam membantu meningkatkan rasa sayur tersebut tanpa mengambil masa lama. Biasanya, saya akan potong sayur segar seperti brokoli, kubis atau sawi, kemudian tambahkan air dan perasa dengan secukupnya. Menutup periuk dan stim selama kira-kira tiga minit menghasilkan sayur yang lembut dan berjus. Perasaan yang sedap muncul dengan sedikit lada yang memberikan aroma dan kick rasa yang menyelerakan. Saya juga suka menggunakan periuk stim yang mempunyai penutup rapat supaya wap panas kekal dan memasak sayur dengan sempurna. Ini memastikan nutrien dan rasa asli sayur tetap terpelihara. Hidangan ini sangat sesuai dijadikan pilihan ringan tapi berkhasiat serta cepat. Jika anda ingin lebih rasa, boleh tambahkan sos tiram atau sedikit minyak bijan selepas sayur masak. Namun, bagi yang suka rasa natural sayur, hanya dengan garam dan lada sudah memadai. Saya pernah cuba kongsikan resepi ini dengan keluarga dan rakan-rakan, dan mereka sangat suka kerana kesederhanaannya dan kelezatannya. Menyediakan makanan sihat tidak semestinya rumit, cuma perlu tahu bagaimana menghidupkan rasa dengan bahan asas yang ada. Sayur stim seperti ini sesuai untuk setiap orang yang ingin menjaga kesihatan tanpa mengorbankan rasa.
