Don’t get me wrong, I love the gym. For some, running helps them relieve and release stress and emotions. For me, it boxing and punching the helk out the bag. Burning about 500-600 calories in my 50 min workout and burning out emotions. At the end of each workout, I feel lighter and accomplished.
