Cozy layers: A week of style & comfort
My week in outfits!
Starting last Saturday—it’s officially chilly, so I layered up with my new barrel jeans from Gap and a shacket. These jeans are quickly becoming a favorite; they make me feel a little young, hip, and cool, especially paired with my Sambas.
Monday is always a bit crazy, so I kept it simple but polished for work by pairing a blazer over a long-sleeve shirt with these endlessly comfortable Athleta pants.
On Tuesday, I went for something cute with my straight-leg jeans from Corby and Holbrook. I attempted a front tuck with a button-down, but it’s definitely a work in progress!
Wednesday was all about comfort. It was a packed day at work, and I had to head straight to my hair appointment after. I chopped my hair, and I’m loving it—I feel like a new person. Look at me smiling; I think I’m cute!
Thursday, I was really feeling myself in this flannel button-down and my Target barrel jeans, which have also been on repeat lately. I attended a casual little award dinner at night. This loft dress was so easy to throw on yet feel put together
Friday, back to comfort for the office but still trying to keep it cute. I layered a cozy cable-knit sweater from Gap over these parachute pants from Athleta.
And Saturday was errands day. I went with my barrel jeans, a cropped jacket, and my Gazelles—feeling cool and ready for all the holiday events. We hit up three different Christmas gatherings—give me all the holiday barns, hot coffee, crisp air, and Christmas music. Let’s go!
