creamy lemon pasta (30 minute dinner recipe) 🍋☀️

Sharing 5 of my all time favorite pasta recipes! These are all delicious, family tested weekly staples that are easy to make. This is a viral bonus recipe that I absolutely love! It’s something I usually make with no measurements and taste as I go. Serve with any protein for a quick dinner!

Ep # 6: Creamy Lemon Pasta 🍋☀️

- Pasta, cooked

- 2 to 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter

- Handful of parmesan cheese

- Pasta water

- 1 lemon, juice and zest

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Directions:

1. Combine cooked pasta, 1 tablespoon of butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pasta water until incorporated.

2. Turn off heat and slowly add in Parmesan cheese with the remaining butter until creamy. Add more butter, cheese, or pasta water if needed.

3. Finish off with more Parmesan cheese, lemon juice (if needed), fresh parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, enjoy!
