Running on just 3 hours of sleep, as mentioned, is challenging but also an opportunity to tap into mental strength and determination. From my own experience, maintaining motivation with limited rest means prioritizing what truly matters in your day. I try to simplify tasks and focus only on high-impact activities to maximize productivity. Staying hydrated and taking short, mindful breaks helps maintain clarity, even with fatigue. Moreover, having a clear dream or goal fuels perseverance. When you’re passionate about what you’re working toward, exhaustion takes a backseat because your mind is driven by purpose. It’s important, however, to listen to your body and avoid long-term neglect of sleep which can harm health. This balance between pushing forward and self-care is key. In moments of extreme tiredness, reminding yourself of why you started and what you want to achieve helps unlock hidden reserves of energy. Embracing that mindset can turn an exhausting day into one full of meaningful progress.
