Setting an 8-hour eating window, like 10 AM to 6 PM, allows me to enjoy nutrient-dense meals without feeling deprived. I also noticed that incorporating apple cider vinegar (ACV) before meals helped control my appetite and aided digestion, just as Chrissy recommends. Faith has been equally important on my wellness journey. Repeating empowering verses like "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" keeps me motivated during challenging days. Combining discipline with prayer creates a deep sense of peace and purpose. Meal-wise, focusing on protein-rich foods such as chicken, salmon, eggs, and vegetables in one large bowl simplifies planning and keeps me full longer. Avoiding carbs at night and drinking plenty of water, as well as supplements like MCT oil, have supported my metabolism. Consistency is key—embracing a daily routine with morning focus, lunch timing, and a mindful evening ritual brings structure that’s sustainable. Using Chrissy’s approach of setting small achievable goals daily truly transforms weight loss into a holistic lifestyle rooted in faith, discipline, and healthy choices.
