I got rid of post preeclampsia with herbs & food 🙏🏽

While I was able to normalize my own blood pressure in less than 2 weeks through consistency and faith, I am also not a medical professional and don’t recommend you doing what I did. This is me simply sharing my story. I am someone who believes in the power of food, herbs and stillness (whether it be prayer or meditation). I had a home birth planned up until 3 days before my due date, when my blood pressure shot up to severe numbers. I still grieve the birth I never had. And if I’m being 100% honest, knowing what I know now, I probably would have still had birth at home. Home is my happy place. Home is where I find peace. And I honestly felt like if I were going to have a heart attack, it would have been because of the damn hospital lol. Again, this is my own personal story and I fully support someone doing what they think is best for them. Always trust your gut!
