私も似たような経験があり、予定日ぴったりに出産した時のことを思い出しました。陣痛が始まってから本格的に病院に行くまでの間は、本当にあの痛みが生理痛 と似ているような感じから次第に強くなってしまって、呼吸法を意識しても痛みと戦うのが大変でした。陣痛間隔が開いたり促進剤を使ったりと経過に波があると、精神的にかなり不安になりますよね。個人的には、促進剤の痛みは予想以上で辛かったため、落ち着く方法を看護師さんと相談しながら乗り切りました。 また、会陰切開がなく無傷で出産できたという話はとても励みになります。私も初産で裂けるのが心配でしたが、深呼吸することを心がけて痛みがピークの時に体をリラックスさせると、ある程度防げるような気がしました。産後のトイレの管も経験があるのですが、思ったよりも地味に痛く感じるので、できるだけ早く外せるよう体調を整えることが重要です。 この記事からも、出産がいかに長くそして精神的にもしんどいものかがよく伝わってきますが、やはり生まれてくる我が子の笑顔や存在はすべての苦労を吹き飛ばす力があるなと改めて感じました。初産で予定日ピッタリの出産ならではの経験がたくさん詰まっているので、これから出産を控える妊婦さんにはとても参考になると思います。出産体験談は個人差が大きいですが、お互いに情報を共有し合うことで不安が減り、より良い出産を迎えられると良いですね。
