Field Notes Review!

I recently ordered 7 Field Notes memo books to start using! I wanted them to be able to write down mini daily diary entries, notes, sketches, etc.

This is my first time ever purchasing anything from Field Notes, so I wanted to give a first look review on them.

❤️MEMO BOOKS I GOT:

- Rooster 2025 Memo Book ($5)

- East Fork Memo Book Bundle ($14.95)

- Jason Isbell Memo Book Bundle ($16.95)

(Each bundle comes with 3 memo books)

📔THE LOOK/STYLE:

I adore how these look and feel! There are so many cover styles to choose from for these booklets, and I love how the ones I got look. I also really enjoy that on the inside front covers of every one there is a page for all your information in case it gets lost, and a dating area to track when you started/finished the book. These memo books also fit perfectly in your pocket with them being so small, so you can take them practically anywhere!

The one thing I don't like about the style is that you can't choose the paper type of the books. Some have lines, some have graph grid, and some are blank. It will tell you which paper type comes with each style book before you buy it, and you can choose your book based on that, but I wish you could have options underneath each memo book. So if you really like a certain front cover, you'll just have to deal with whatever paper type it has.

🖋️INK TEST:

The ink test passed with flying colors in my opinion! There is pretty much zero bleed through with a gel pen, which I was worried about because online they make "no promises" that they won't bleed in the paper. But I used a Sharpie S-Gel pen, and you can't see it through the other side of the page when writing. So this is great!

🙌OVERALL:

Overall, I really like these and think I'm going to enjoy using them! I'll probably use them for a bit and make a second review post on how they hold up.

Would you guys enjoy an update post? Let me know! 😁

... Read moreField Notes memo books are beloved for their practicality and style, making them a favorite among stationery addicts. Each book is designed with attention to detail, including an info page to help if lost and a dating area for tracking your entries. With various cover designs and paper options, users can find a unique match for their needs. Popular bundles such as the East Fork and Jason Isbell editions offer multiple books for a reasonable price, ensuring you have plenty of pages for journaling, note-taking, or creative sketches. One notable aspect is the ink quality; many users praise how well the books handle writing instruments, achieving minimal bleed-through. This makes them ideal for gel pens and markers, allowing for clean, vibrant entries. Reviews frequently highlight the durability and aesthetic appeal of these memo books, positioning them as essential tools for creatives and professionals alike. Whether you are an artist, a student, or a journaling enthusiast, these books meet diverse needs while adding a touch of style to your writing routine. Overall, lovers of stationery can find great joy in using Field Notes products, and many anticipate sharing their experiences through follow-up reviews.
