・ Appropriate amount of frozen broccoli
・ Paprika (red and yellow) 1 / 2 each
· 1 pack of king oyster mushrooms
・ 6-8 small tomatoes
・ 1-2 cloves of garlic
3-4 slices of lemon
A pinch of olive oil

[How to make]
① Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and soak in salt koji
② Cut paprika and king oyster mushrooms into bite-size pieces, and slice garlic

・ Grated cheese tablespoon 1

[How to make]
① Shred bacon, chop spinach, cut cherry tomatoes in half
② Put egg, milk, grated cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix to make egg liquid

2 slices of bacon
・ 2 tablespoons olive oil
