「居酒屋天波菜」で検索していると、 ・落ち着いて飲める ・料理がちゃんとしている ・駅近で使いやすい みたいな“外さない居酒屋”を探してる人が多いと思うんですが、私が心斎橋で「その条件で、さらに記憶に残るごはん」を食べたい日に選びたいのが、全席個室（半個室もあり）のカンジャンケジャンのお店でした。 まず良かったのが、プライベート空間感。周りの声が気になりにくくて、デートはもちろん、友人同士でも会話がしやすいです。靴を脱いでスリッパに履き替えるスタイルなので、サンダルの日は素足が気になる人は靴下持参が安心。 名物のカンジャンケジャンは、仕入れにこだわっていて（北海道・函館などから状態の良い蟹を厳選）、身入りがしっかり。甘くて濃厚で、カニ味噌や内子がとにかくリッチでした。「蟹ってちょっと生臭いのが苦手…」って人ほど一回試してほしいタイプで、私も正直得意じゃない側だったのに、これはずっと食べられるって思ったくらい。 低クリックになりがちな検索ワードって「結局、何を頼めばいい？」が解決されないことも多いので、私のおすすめの頼み方も書いておきます。 ・初めてならコースが安心：チヂミ、マンドゥ、チャプチェみたいな定番も入っていて満足感が高いです。 ・蟹だけじゃなく“海老の醤油漬け（カンジャンセウ）”もセット推奨：ぷりっぷりでお酒が止まらないやつ。 ・〆は「蟹みそたっぷり」のまぜご飯系があればぜひ：濃厚ダレがごはんに絡んで、最後まで優勝でした。 お酒も、日本酒や焼酎でちょっと珍しい銘柄があったり、マッコリやチャミスルも揃っていて、居酒屋的な使い方もできるのが嬉しいポイント。分煙（加熱式たばこ限定）なので、気になる人は予約時に席の希望を伝えるのが無難です。 あと、人気店で予約が埋まりやすいので、週末や記念日っぽい日は早め予約が本当におすすめ。駅（長堀橋）からすぐで集合もしやすいので、「居酒屋天波菜」系の“使いやすいお店”を探していた人にも、満足度高くハマると思います。
