Just a normal mom 😀

Quick question mama when’s the last time you got out?

Not everyday is filled with this much activities.

We’re lucky to get out once or twice a week.

I have a 1 y/o and a 4 y/o and they keep me busy.

Laundry alone has its own day.

I’m blessed to be at home with them.

My days can become overwhelming and overstimulating very quickly.

Getting outside to do free activities is always a major mood booster for us.

How often do you get out?

What’s your favorite place to take your kids?

Drop a comment I’d love to know.

Also do you have this Graco sit and stand double stroller?

We have love/hate relationship with ours. 🤣🤣

I’m grateful to my husband for being a provider. 🥰

With children aged 1 and 4, the challenge of getting out of the house for fresh air can feel monumental. Outdoor activities, however, are beneficial not just for the kids but for moms too! Research shows that spending time outdoors can significantly improve mood and mental well-being, providing a much-needed break from chores and the duties of home life. Consider local parks, nature walks, or community events as great ways to get some fresh air and engage your children. Not only does this reduce feelings of being overwhelmed, it can also foster quality family bonding. Additionally, outdoor play can enhance your children's development, offering them chances to explore, learn, and engage with nature, leading to a happier, healthier family life. It’s essential for moms to share their experiences and tips! Whether it’s about your trusty double stroller or favorite free activities, comments and shared stories can create a supportive community. After all, every mom deserves to connect with others who understand the ups and downs of motherhood. So, when was the last time you and your kids stepped outside? First period stories are never normal…
First periods always seem to happen at the worst time, and mine was no exception. I was 12, totally unprepared, and the cramps nearly knocked me out. No one around to help, just me trying to figure it out and pretend I was fine. It made me wonder… does anyone actually have a normal first period

The image introduces 'Normal Toddler Behavior That Society Calls "Bad"', explaining that a toddler's brain is still building. It features a crying emoji and tags for ages 1-4, child development, and real talk.
This slide addresses tantrums, noting that while people call them 'dramatic,' they are actually due to an undeveloped prefrontal cortex, meaning toddlers cannot regulate big emotions. Tantrums peak between ages 1-3.
This image explains that a toddler saying "NO" to everything is not defiance, but their first act of identity, discovering they are a separate person. It emphasizes autonomy as healthy development.
