湖南料理は中国湖南省の伝統的な郷土料理で、特徴は豊かな辛味と酸味、そして香り高いハーブやスパイスの使用にあります。大阪難波の「湘満満 難波店」では、その本格的な味わいを手軽に楽しめる小皿メニューが充実しているのが魅力です。 私も以前、友人と2人で訪れ、小皿メニューを利用しましたが、まさに「これも食べたい、あれも食べたい！」の願いが叶いました。たとえば「パクチー牛肉」はジューシーな牛肉にたっぷりのパクチーがアクセントとなり、爽やかな香りとピリ辛がご飯にぴったりでやみつきになります。実はパクチーは消化を助ける成分も含まれていて、脂っこい料理を食べる際にも嬉しいですね。 また、湖南料理の代名詞ともいえる「湖南風ピーマンと豚肉炒め」は、豚バラ肉の旨みと唐辛子の香ばしさが絶妙に絡み合い、辛みと旨味のコントラストが楽しめました。唐辛子は豊富なカプサイシンを含み、新陳代謝を活発にする効果もあるため、食欲増進にもつながります。 一方で、「手裂きキャベツ炒め」はラードのコクがしっかり効いており、キャベツのシャキシャキ感とともに深い味わいを堪能できました。こうした油を使った炒め物は湖南料理の特徴の一つで、食材の旨みを引き立てます。 「牛肉米粉（ビーフン）」はもちもちの米粉に濃厚なスープが絡み、さらに自家製の酸豆角（酸味のある豆）との組み合わせが絶妙で、食べ始めると止まらなくなる一品です。酸豆角は湖南特有の漬物で、さっぱり感と発酵食品の健康効果も期待できます。 最後に、海底撈でも人気の「ココナッツアイス」が、辛い湖南料理の後の口直しに最高です。濃厚なココナッツの香りで、辛味を和らげつつ清涼感を与えてくれます。 大阪で本格的な湖南料理を味わいたい方には「湘満満 難波店」が特におすすめ。多彩な小皿メニューで色々な味をシェアできるので、二人以上のグループで訪れるのが楽しいと思います。地元大阪で気軽に中国湖南の味を楽しめる貴重なお店として、今後もリピートしたいスポットです。
