Frozen PB2 Chocolate Peanut Butter Cool Whip Treat
Difficulty: Super Easy
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Freeze Time: 2–3 hours
Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip Lite (thawed if frozen)
2 tablespoons PB2 powdered peanut butter with cocoa
(Adjust to taste — use up to 3 Tbsp for richer flavor)
Optional (for texture):
1–2 tablespoons cold milk or almond milk (if you want it smoother)
Crushed peanuts or dark chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
Mix It Up
In a medium bowl, combine Cool Whip and PB2 cocoa powder. Stir until completely smooth and uniform in color. No dry spots should remain.
Taste and Adjust
Taste-test the mix. Add more PB2 for stronger chocolate-peanut flavor, or a splash of milk for a silkier texture.
Freeze
Transfer the mixture back into the Cool Whip container (or into individual ramekins or a loaf pan). Smooth the top.
Set
Place in the freezer uncovered for 2–3 hours, or until firm. For a firmer texture like ice cream, freeze longer.
Serve
Scoop and enjoy straight from the freezer! Optional: Top with crushed peanuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for crunch.
Serving Size
Makes 4 modest servings (about ½ cup each)
Optional Variations
Swirl in sugar-free caramel or chocolate syrup before freezing.
Use regular PB2 (no cocoa) for a pure peanut butter flavor.
Add protein by mixing in a scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder.
For a keto version, use a keto-friendly whipped topping and unsweetened cocoa + peanut butter.
