We love our vet but shots are no fun!
Taking your Goldendoodle to the vet can sometimes be stressful, especially when vaccinations are involved. While the shots are necessary for keeping them healthy, the process can be uncomfortable and even a bit scary for our furry friends. To help them cope, I always make sure to bring their favorite treats and some comfort toys along to the appointment. After the shots, giving plenty of gentle cuddles and a quiet space to rest helps immensely. I've noticed that after vaccination days, my Goldendoodle tends to sleep more, which is a normal way for their body to recover and build immunity. It's important to watch for any unusual signs such as lethargy lasting more than a day, swelling at the injection site, or loss of appetite, and to contact the vet if such symptoms occur. Overall, being proactive about care and staying calm during visits has made a big difference for us and our dog’s comfort.

So cute! Also first!
