Things to know before visiting Lisbon Portugal
Lisbon completely surprised me in so many ways. Before visiting, I had seen the beautiful photos of the colorful buildings and the famous yellow trams… but there were so many little things I didn’t realize until I actually got there. Like how hilly the city really is (my legs definitely felt

Best day trip from Lisbon
One of the best things we did while visiting Lisbon was taking a day trip to Sintra and Cabo da Roca. Sintra is only 40 minutes from Lisbon, but it feels like a completely different world. Hilltop palaces, misty forests, whimsical gardens, and some of the most unique architecture in Portugal.
