What I Eat Before & After My Workouts

One thing that changed my workouts the most?

Actually fueling my body correctly.

I used to either:

* skip meals before the gym

* eat too little

* or eat random things with no plan

Now I focus on simple meals that give me:

✨ energy

✨ strength

✨ recovery

✨ better workouts overall

Fitness got easier when I stopped trying to “eat perfectly” and started learning what makes my body feel good.
