Workouts that will shrink belly fat 🔥
The amount of people I get that DM me or asked me what workouts I’ve done to get rid of my stomach 🤧. Or what “magic drink” do I drink everyday to keep my waist snatched 🫠.
Please know that you cannot spot reduce fat, meaning you cannot chose to lose fat in one part of your body and not another.
There are no workouts to make you lose belly fat alone, that is going to be a combination of things but mainly your eating habits, digestive health and stress management.
To really lose belly fat you need to focus on eating more Whole Foods rather than processed foods. Lower sugar, sodium and unhealthy fats, more veggies protein fruit healthy fat and organic options.
Add more fiber to your diet as well as greens probiotics and prebiotics. Take better care of your gut and what you put in it. There’s certain foods that’ll make you bloat and irritate your gut (you’ll literally be full of 💩).
Train your back muscles to give the illusion of a snatched waist, I personally train twice a week. Add more cardio to your day as well, MOVE MORE, maybe take a workout class or walk a trail or get a treadmill for your home (Amazon has great walking/running pads).
