this is different from what i usually post but i wanted to share that the year of 2025 is going to be my wellness journey! i’ve started making list of all the foods i want to incorporate in my diet🫐

eating a healthy diet makes me feel so good! my skin is always clear, i have the most every, and i feel great mentally and physically!

one of my favorite meals lately has been lean ground beef, sweet potatoes, some kind of cheese (i like blue cheese & feta the most) and hot sauce!
