Making a conscious decision to change my habits in my early 30s has been life-changing. Now at 32, my mornings start with a 6am Hot Pilates class, followed by a run club session. This routine not only jumpstarts my metabolism but also significantly boosts my mental clarity and mood for the day. Hot Pilates challenges my core and flexibility in a way that feels refreshing and empowering, especially when done in a supportive group environment like my local studios in Elk Grove, CA. Joining a run club added a social and motivational aspect to my fitness journey—I look forward to meeting friends and pushing my physical limits together. The combination of Pilates and running has made me stronger, more resilient, and more in tune with my body than I ever was in my 20s. The transformation is not just physical; it’s a mindset shift where prioritizing health and fitness replaces previous habits of excess. Feelings of guilt about missing weekends have been replaced by pride in my progress and excitement for what my 30s hold. This journey shows that it’s never too late to redefine your lifestyle and feel your best, proving that 30s truly can be the new 20s.
