It’s fascinating how each weld tells a story of patience and skill, and the pride that comes with creating something durable and reliable is unmatched. For women entering this field, it’s empowering to know that we're contributing to changing stereotypes about blue-collar work. Moreover, the growing community of women in trades offers invaluable support and inspiration. Sharing experiences, challenges, and successes with fellow tradeswomen has been a crucial part of my journey.
