Regular check-ins with a trusted healthcare provider helped me address physical symptoms and mental health concerns early on, while leaning on family and friends gave me the emotional support I needed. Incorporating gentle physical activity, like walking or postpartum yoga, facilitated a gradual rebuilding of strength and improved my mood. Nutrition played a key role as well; focusing on balanced meals rich in vitamins and minerals supported my healing body. Sharing stories in online communities, such as hashtags like #shesback and #theresheis, created a sense of belonging and reminded me I wasn't alone in this journey. Engaging with others helped me gather practical tips and encouragement to persevere. Lastly, I learned to give myself grace.
